As a dry hire service, we provide the bartender, bar tools and mixers, and you provide the spirits of your choosing. Pricing is for one bartender.

FAQs
What type of events do you service?
We service all types of events – weddings, corporate events, private parties, birthday parties, etc. – as long as the guest count is 125 or less.
What areas do you service?
We’re based out of Aubrey, TX, and will travel 50 miles any direction within TX. We’ll travel further (up to 300 miles) for a travel fee. The fee depends on exact mileage, but will not exceed $500.
Is there a max guest count for events you service?
To make sure we’re able to provide our clients and their guests with the best possible experience, we currently have a max guest count of 125 people or less.
Do you provide mobile bartending services?
It depends on how you define “mobile.” While we will absolutely travel to your event location, we don’t currently operate out of a mobile trailer. However, we can bring a portable satellite bar if needed.
Do you provide your own bar setup and equipment?
We will always bring our own bar equipment. Upon request, we can also bring our own bar setup, free of charge, if that’s not something your venue provides.
If you have a specific vision in mind, you can also rent a bar setup from an event rental company.
I want to go with the standard pour option, but don’t know much about classic cocktails. Can you provide any recommendations?
Yes, we’d be happy to provide you with recommendations for classic cocktails!
What’s your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made prior to 30 days before your event will receive a full refund, including the 25% deposit amount. Cancellations made after that will receive a full refund, excluding the 25% deposit amount.
Do you bring the alcohol or do I?
You will need to bring the alcohol. We only serve alcohol; we don’t provide it or sell it.
What types of designs are you able to put on the customizable ice cubes?
Our customizable ice cubes can be stamped with a custom logo or initials. We can provide templates for you to choose from if needed.
Are you able to provide wine, beer or liquor recommendations?
Although we don’t provide the wine, beer or liquor ourselves, we’re always happy to provide our clients with recommendations. We always keep a list of our favorites on hand.
Why are your signature craft cocktails made with Yes Cocktail Co. mixers and/or syrups?
When we started Branded Banter, we knew we wanted to provide all-natural options. But since the health department doesn’t allow us to make anything in our home kitchen, we had to outsource. We did some research, and ended up landing on Yes Cocktail Co. All of their cocktail mixers and syrups are delicious. You can learn more about them at yescocktailco.com.
Are your bartenders licensed and insured?
All our bartenders are TABC-certified, ensuring they meet the legal requirements to serve alcohol in Texas. Regarding liquor liability insurance, we always recommend that our clients and/or the venue secure their own policy. Although we do have our own liquor liability policy, because we do not purchase or sell alcohol, our contract states that our clients will not hold us legally liable.
Do you require a deposit to secure a date?
Yes – a deposit of 25% is required to reserve your date. The 25% amount will be called out within the quote we put together after we learn more about the vision for your event.
When is final payment due?
Final payment is due no later than 14 days prior to your event.
Do you offer non-alcoholic or mocktail options?
We do offer mocktail options. Some of our signature craft cocktails can be made without alcohol upon request. We’re also happy to create a custom mocktail menu for your event.
Do you offer tastings of your signature craft cocktails before booking?
Absolutely! As long as you’re within the DFW area, we can coordinate a time and place to meet up and do a taste test before your event!
